Our Philosophy
As highly experienced and Harvard Medical School educated organizational and personal development consultants, we believe in guiding organizations and individuals towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience, and wisdom. We believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and we are here to help you achieve that.
In order to give you the best experience, we employ our unique triadic consulting process that allows for greater success. All consulting plans are reviewed by a total of three consultants; your lead consultant who serves as your primary contact, a second consultant with specific knowledge in your industry or your personal situation, and a third consultant who is highly knowledgeable in your specific challenges or goals. This enables the plan to be designed to best achieve the results you seek.
Organizational Development
We have been working with for-profit and nonprofit organizations of all sizes and tenure from various industries and helping them navigate through challenges. All our consultants have strong backgrounds in organizational development, business management, strategic mind setting, psychology, and counseling, which allows us to provide a holistic approach to your organizational development objectives.
Individual Services
We offer one-on-one coaching sessions to work on what you want to achieve. Our areas of expertise include career coaching, stress management, professional development, relationship coaching, and personal development.
